Everyone is welcome to submit their papers. All papers need at least one presenter to register and present the paper at the conference. Without presentation, the corresponding paper will not be included in final proceedings.

IEEE Members Discount
IEEE members who are fully paid up for 2018 receive a discount on the IEEE ICSCEE 2018 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference. Proof of the 2018 IEEE membership has to be emailed to IEEE.ICSCEE@MEDIU.EDU.MY.
Students Discount
To be eligible for the student rate, the presenter must be an undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email a scanned copy of their student identification card to IEEE.ICSCEE@MEDIU.EDU.MY, and bring along the student card to the conference for verification.
Copyright Form
after final submission of camera ready paper, authors are required to submit copyright form.
