Abstract and Paper Styling and Format Requirement:
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original, unpublished research and recent developments/theoretical considerations by 08 October 2017. See the Call for Paper for the list of topics.
Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will impose extra charges as per details on REGISTRATION PAGE.
Visit the ICSCEE 2018 submission page to submit your manuscript. Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed in the Important Dates section.
All submitted paper will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance, significance, and clarity. By submitting your paper to ICSCEE2018, you implicitly state that the paper is based on your own original research and that it has not and will not be submitted elsewhere.
