ICSCEE2018 relies on EDAS Conference Papers Submission System. Please use your account on EDAS to submit your manuscript.

ICSCEE2018 use double blind review process, thus, authors should provide their papers in blind format (remove authors and author’s affiliations from the manuscript before submission).

Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references. Extra pages will impose extra charges as per details on REGISTRATION PAGE.

Visit the ICSCEE 2018 submission page to submit your manuscript. Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed in the Important Dates section.

 

Plagiarism

Papers that have more than 30% similarity index will be rejected. For more information on Plagiarism levels and types, please refer to IEEE Plagiarism Guide

Before Creating a PDF

• Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. If necessary, contact Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wael Yafooz at IEEE.ICSCEE@mediu.edu.my for the appropriate copyright notice.

• Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
   • 42708X for the Conference ID
   • your email address
   • a password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
